Nottinghamshire's Alex Hales eyes Finals Day

Alex Hales feels that the Nottinghamshire Outlaws should at least be reaching Finals Day of this year's T20 Blast tournament.

Nottinghamshire Outlaws batsman Alex Hales has insisted that his side have a real chance of reaching Finals Day of this year's T20 Blast.

The Trent Bridge-based outfit last played in the semi-finals back in 2010, but opener Hales has insisted that with some big names arriving in the near future, his side should at least be looking to reach the last four.

"Getting to Finals Day this year is a huge motivation for all of us at Trent Bridge," he told the ECB's official website.

"With Darren Sammy on the way and also Ben Hilfenhaus, who has a lot of Big Bash and IPL experience, we definitely have a stronger squad this year to have a real crack at it."

The Outlaws begin their campaign this Friday against defending champions the Birmingham Bears.
