England spinner Graeme Swann could return to action for the first time since undergoing elbow surgery today.
The 34-year-old has been sidelined since being forced out of England's winter tour of New Zealand in March due to his troublesome injury.
With just over two months until the Ashes series, Swann is expected to feature for Nottinghamshire in today's Championship Division One match against Derbyshire at Trent Bridge, according to Sky Sports News.
Swann is said to have had 13 or 14 pieces of bone removed.
