England captain Alastair Cook has insisted that his team have quality after they secured their first victory over Australia this winter.
The tourists managed to beat the Aussies by 57 runs at the WACA in Perth after posting a first-innings total of 316-8.
"It's been a while since we've had this feeling and those couple of catches at the end made us wait a bit longer," BBC Sport quotes Cook as saying.
"It's frustrating because we have played a long way below our potential and you see glimpses like today, but the good thing is we know it's there and when you see the way some of the guys have performed you know we're not a bad side."
England have ended a nine-game winless run against Australia, who have already wrapped up the five-match ODI series with one game remaining.
