Former England cricketer Andrew Flintoff broke 12 world records earlier today in aid of Sport Relief.

The 34-year-old has embarked on a series of challenges, including successfully downing a cup of hot chocolate and breaking the record for the quickest time taken to travel 100m in a pedalo.

It wasn't a totally successful day for the all-rounder, who failed in an attempt to wrap television presenter Holly Willoughby up in newspaper within the allotted three minutes and seven seconds.

Flintoff attempted several record attempts during a 12-hour stint in London.

It is not yet known how much money he managed to raise.
