Morning session delayed between England and India due to rain

Rain stopped play between England and India in the morning session on the third day at Edgbaston.
England and India were forced to leave the field after rain stopped play at Edgbaston in the morning session.
The umpires made the decision to call off play after Ishant Sharma’s maiden over with England at 468-3 leading India by 244 runs.
Alastair Cook remains at the crease with 188 runs, while Eoin Morgan reached his Test 50 this morning.
The players are expected to return to the field shortly.
