Former England bowler Jonathan Agnew has urged the team to appoint a foreign coach following their elimination from the Cricket World Cup.
The Three Lions were knocked out in the group stage of the tournament on Monday as they suffered a humiliating defeat to Bangladesh.
With current coach Peter Moores's future now in doubt, Agnew wants the England and Wales Cricket Board to look oversees for his potential successor.
"I'd like to see an overseas coach brought in, which is easier said than done with the lure of the IPL paying huge salaries for short commitments. English cricket is still floundering around in the dark ages," he told BBC Sport.
England play their final Pool A match on Friday against Afghanistan in Sydney.
