British super-middleweight Callum Smith has revealed that he plans to "win well" against rival Rocky Fielding when they meet in Liverpool on November 7.
The vacant British title, as well as Smith's WBC Silver belt, will be on the line when the pair clash at the Echo Arena, and Smith has admitted that he is keen to prove that he is the better of the two Merseyside punchers.
The 25-year-old told reporters: "I've wanted this fight for a while now. I'm looking forward to it. I have always felt I'm the better fighter and I'll prove that.
"Joe Gallagher will come up with the right game plan. I'm going to win and win well. We are going to put on a great show for Liverpool."
Smith is unbeaten in 17 outings in the paid ranks, while Fielding hasn't lost in 21 professional bouts.
