British light-middleweight champion Brian Rose produced an impressive display to beat former world champion Vivian Harris last night.
Rose dominated his opponent from the off and finished him with a heavy right in the third round.
The 27-year-old said that he believes in his power more after the knockout win.
"I have never felt that before, it was a punch that would have knocked anyone out," he told the Blackpool Gazette.
"My trainer has always said I've got power. I knew I was technically sound but didn't believe in my power until now. It was a great feeling."
Although Rose will now be looking to further himself on the international stage, he will have to defend his domestic title against mandatory challenger Sam Webb in the near future.
