Heavyweight boxer David Price relinquishes his British and Commonwealth titles as he plans the next phase of his career.

Heavyweight boxer David Price has relinquished his British and Commonwealth titles.

The 30-year-old was expected to face fellow countryman Dereck Chisora in the near future, but he has now decided to "rebuild" as he plans the next phase of his career.

His new promotional team tweeted: "Confirmed: @DavidPrice_1 relinquishes British and Commonwealth titles - concentrating on rebuilding moving up world rankings."

Price will return to action on December 14 when he meets Evgeny Orlov in Germany.
