Ovill McKenzie disappointed with draw in world title bout

British cruiserweight Ovill McKenzie takes to Twitter to express his disappointment after only drawing with IBF champion Victor Emilio Ramirez on Friday night.

British cruiserweight Ovill McKenzie has indicated that he has not taken any satisfaction from earning a surprise draw against IBF champion Victor Emilio Ramirez.

Despite taking the fight on 11 days' notice, McKenzie impressed against Ramirez in Argentina, only to see the judges score the fight 113-115, 114-114 and 115-113 respectively.



McKenzie's professional record now reads 25 wins, 12 defeats and one draw.
