British heavyweight David Haye remains unconvinced that Tyson Fury will agree a deal to fight him later in the year.

British heavyweight David Haye has admitted that he would like to face Tyson Fury later this year, but remains unconvinced that the fight will happen.

Fury has stated that he would like to fight Haye after his world title eliminator with Kubrat Pulev fell through, but the former two-weight world champion has suggested that the unbeaten 24-year-old might not be prepared to agree to the showdown.

The 32-year-old told iFilm London: "When Tyson Fury said that he wanted to fight David Price. Remember that? He said that he was going to fight Klitschko, he said that he was going to fight Pulev, and now apparently, he is going to fight me.

"Whether or not that happens, I don't know. I would like it to, but he always seems to say that he would like the fights but then he goes in different directions."

Haye had been scheduled to face Manuel Charr in Manchester on June 29, but was forced to withdraw with a hand injury.
