Carl Froch has admitted that he will probably hang up his gloves if he loses his highly-anticipated rematch against fellow Briton George Groves this month.
The two middleweights will step in the ring again on May 31 after a controversial stoppage of Groves marred their super-middleweight title bout last November.
Nottingham-born Froch is confident that he will prove he is the better fighter at Wembley, but did reveal that defeat to Groves would likely see him retire content with his "unbelievable career".
"If hypothetically I was to lose, I would probably retire," he said during a Facebook Q&A session.
"I am very, very satisfied with what a glossy, fantastic, unbelievable career I've had. If it was to go wrong – I can't see it happening – I'll probably stop fighting."
'The Cobra' has a professional fight record of 32-0, with his two losses coming against Andre Ward and Mikkel Kessler.
