British heavyweight Dereck Chisora has been installed as the mandatory challenger for the European title.
The belt is currently held by undefeated Bulgarian Kubrat Pulev, but he is likely to vacate the title in order to pursue a shot at the world heavyweight crown.
Chisora controversially stopped American Malik Scott inside six rounds last weekend, with his undefeated opponent being counted out before the referee reached 10.
It has been announced that the 29-year-old will return to the ring on September 21, but it is currently unknown whether that fight will be for European honours.
