Kell Brook's world-title shot against Devon Alexander has reportedly been pushed back to March after Brook suffered an injury in training.
Brook's promoter Eddie Hearn revealed on Wednesday that Brook had sustained an ankle problem and he would talk to Golden Boy Promotions to get the fight rescheduled.
Hearn originally requested a three to four-week delay with a target of February to get the match made.
The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Brook will have an extra six weeks to prepare, with the bout now tabled for Saturday, March 2.
The original card, set for January 19 in LA, will go ahead with a new headline bout between Lucas Matthysse and Hank Lundy.
