French boxer Estelle Mossely believes that she can beat Katie Taylor if they meet in the women's lightweight boxing final at the European Games.
Mossely defeated Spain's Jennifer Miranda Maqueda to set up a quarter-final bout against Italy's Romina Marenda.
"Of course it's possible to beat her. I fought her twice and lost twice, but I know her and I have studied her on film. I can beat her. Come the finals, we'll see," Marenda told reporters when asked about Taylor.
Taylor is the current European, World and Olympic champion. She has also made 19 appearances for the Republic of Ireland women's football team.
