Team England boxer Qais Ashfaq has said that "it was a great experience" to fight at the Commonwealth Games this summer.
Ashfaq picked up a silver medal in the bantamweight section at the Games, but was denied the chance to take gold by Northern Ireland's Michael Conlan on Saturday.
"It was a great experience. I have shown that I can box at this level. I have taken a lot of top international experience out of this tournament," he told reporters.
The Commonwealth Games was Ashfaq's first senior elite tournament.
