The Portland Trail Blazers found a snake in their locker room during the second game of their Western Conference semi-final against the San Antonio Spurs.
Reserve forward Thomas Robinson noticed the snake while putting his shoes in his locker shortly before the second game of the series got underway yesterday evening.
The snake, which was believed to be a non-poisonous rattlesnake, was removed from the facility before being released back into the wild.
The Blazers shared a picture of the animal on their Twitter feed:
