Philadelphia 76ers lose point guard Isaiah Canaan for rest of season

Point guard Isaiah Canaan will not play for the Philadelphia 76ers again this season due to an ankle injury.

The Philadelphia 76ers have announced that they will be without point guard Isaiah Canaan for the rest of the season.

The 23-year-old suffered a sprained foot in training and will miss their final four games of the campaign.

Canaan joined the 76ers in February from the Houston Rockets and has played 22 times, averaging 12.6 points per game.

Philadelphia sit fifth in the Eastern Conference with a 18-63 record.
