Andrea Bargnani has reiterated that he is happy with the New York Knicks ahead of hitting free agency this summer.
The Italian star played in just 71 of a possible 164 games for the franchise after arriving in 2013, as injuries effectively ruined his stint in New York.
"I am happy with the Knicks," Bargnani told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I love the city and the organization. There is an important project here."
The former number one overall pick in the 2006 Draft insists that he wants to return to the NBA next year, but it is unclear as to where he will play.
The Knicks have been linked with offering him a veteran's minimum deal, and so he is expected to take a salary reduction to return.
