Carmelo Anthony admits to "passive" play

New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony insists that he has been "passive" so far this season.

New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony has admitted that he has been a "bit passive" in fourth quarters so far this season.

The 29-year-old has scored just 15 points and has no free throw attempts in the three fourth quarters so far.

"For myself, maybe I'm second-guessing myself as well," Anthony said, according to ESPN.

"Maybe I'm a little bit passive out there, trying to do things that's out of the norm and trying to make people better at the wrong times."

However, coach Mike Woodson has insisted that with new faces on the roster it will take time for them to gel.
