The New Orleans Pelicans have announced that free agent forward Luke Babbitt has decided to re-sign with the franchise.
Babbitt has been with the Pelicans since midway through the 2013-14 campaign, after he was brought back to the NBA having spent time at Russian side Nizhny Novgorod.
The 6-foot-9 frontman featured in 19 starts across 63 league appearances last season, where the 26-year-old averaged 4.1 points.
Babbitt began his career at the Minnesota Timberwolves, before being traded straight to the Portland Trail Blazers following the 2010 Draft.
