Kevin Love has reportedly agreed to meet with the Los Angeles Lakers as he prepares to test the market as a free agent.
The All-Star forward opted out of his deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers earlier this week, but the beaten NBA finalists are believed to be in pole position to re-sign him this summer.
However, ESPN claims that the Lakers are still keen to hold talks with Love as they look to persuade him to swap the Eastern Conference for LA.
The Lakers are eager to sign a power forward this summer and will also meet with LaMarcus Aldridge, who is set for negotiations with seven teams.
DeAndre Jordan and Greg Monroe are also scheduled to hold talks with the Lakers this week.
