NBA legend Magic Johnson has announced that he will no longer appear on ESPN, in order to focus on his personal ventures.
The former Los Angeles Lakers star joined the network in 2008, and continued to expand his role over the course of the past five years.
"Unfortunately, due to the nature of my schedule and other commitments, I don't feel confident that I can continue to devote the time needed to thrive in my role," he said in a statement.
As well as being a part owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Johnson has also invested in movie theatres, a production company and restaurants.
