James Harden: 'I can't make every shot'

Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden admits that he cannot make every shot after shooting just 35% in the last two games against the LA Clippers.

James Harden has stressed that he "can't shoot 100% all of the time" ahead of the Houston Rockets' series-deciding game against the Los Angeles Clippers.

The shooting guard has found the basket with just 35% of his shots in the team's last two games of their Western Conference semi-final series, although he has averaged 24.5 points per game against the Clippers.

The 25-year-old told ESPN: "I mean, I can't shoot 100% all of the time. I'm going to miss some shots. I'm human. That's the way it is.

"That's what it's about, it's about being unselfish, and you're not going to get credit for every play. So that's what you have teammates for, and those guys showed a great case of that, especially in the fourth quarter.

"At this point, it's about winning and doing the small things to get your team to victory."

The winner of this evening's game at the Toyota Center will face the Golden State Warriors in the conference finals.
