Golden State Warriors' Harrison Barnes pays for fan's season ticket

Golden State Warriors' Harrison Barnes pays for a fan's season ticket for the upcoming campaign.

Golden State Warriors small forward Harrison Barnes has continued the franchise's efforts to give back to their fans by paying for a lucky supporter's season ticket.

The 21-year-old phoned Mark Gutierrez himself to deliver the news after he bought the 14,000th season ticket for the upcoming campaign, according to Bleacher Report.

The Warriors sold out their last 38 homes games last season as they reached the playoffs in the Western Conference, averaging 19,000 fans per contest across the year.

Having added Andre Iguodala in the off-season, they will be expected to continue to establish themselves as a force in the West.
