Luol Deng wants to retire with Chicago Bulls

Chicago Bulls star Luol Deng wants to end his career with the franchise.

Chicago Bulls star Luol Deng has admitted that he would like to end his NBA career with the franchise despite disappointment over a new deal in the summer.

The 28-year-old is in the last year of his six-year contract worth $71m (£44.4m), and admitted that he was disappointed that talks over a new deal didn't begin this summer.

"I definitely want to stay here," Deng said, according to ESPN. "I would love to play here my whole career."

The small forward is averaging just 13.7 points per game this season while also suffering career lows in both field goal percentage and rebounds.
