Atlanta Hawks small forward DeMarre Carroll has praised his side's urgency as they matched a franchise record of 57 wins this season with victory over the Brooklyn Nets.
Carroll was in good form as he notched 20 points along with Al Horford, leaving the Hawks to run out convincing victors with a 131-99 win at the Philips Arena.
"I think the most important thing was the sense of urgency," said Carroll, according to the NBA's official website.
"It was good to see us moving the ball, doing the little things we were doing when we won 19 in a row."
The Hawks appeared in imperious form ahead of the playoffs, with Mike Budenholzer's side notching 17 of 33 three-pointers on the night.
