Unbeaten United States have reached the men's semi-finals at London 2012 with a comfortable 33-point win over Australia at the North Greenwich Arena.
The tournament favourites won the opening two quarters 21-14 to lead 42-28 at half time.
Australia began the third by scoring 11 unanswered points in less than 90 seconds, however the USA responded in style and the quarter finished tied at 28-28.
The final quarter got ugly for the Australians as America demonstrated their superior skill and fitness to win it 35-16.
Kobe Bryant scored 20 points, including six three-pointers, while LeBron James made 11 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists.
Argentina will provide the opposition for the USA in the last four.
