Cindy Ofili: 'I can only be happy with fourth place'

Great Britain's Cindy Ofili says that she is satisfied with fourth place in the women's 100m hurdles final at the Olympic Games.

Great Britain's Cindy Ofili has insisted that she can "only be happy with fourth place" in the women's 100m hurdles final.

Ofili missed out on a medal by two hundredths of a second as USA's Brianna Rollins claimed gold, but the British representative has said that she was pleased to have played her part in a competitive race.

The 22-year-old told BBC Sport: "I came out here to try and get a medal for GB. It was a great race. I can only be happy with this performance. I have had an off-and-on year so I am just happy to almost get a medal."

Ofili's elder sister Tiffany Porter finished in seventh position.
