Jenny Meadows in 'form of her life' after winning seventh British Indoor title

Jenny Meadows clinches her seventh British Indoor Championships title by winning the 800m final in Sheffield.

Jenny Meadows has claimed her seventh British Indoor Championships title by winning the 800m final in Sheffield.

The 33-year-old secured the victory in 2:01.43, but believes that she could have upped the pace.

"I wanted to kick myself as I could have run quicker and maybe got another sub-two minute clocking," BBC Sport quotes Meadows as saying.

"It's my seventh title and I'm starting to feel in the form of my life, so I hope to get some true results in the major championships this year."

Meadows will compete at the European Indoor Championships in Prague next month.
