Lynsey Sharp has set a new Scottish record in the women's 800m with her finish time of 57.71 seconds at the IAAF World Challenge in Berlin.

The 25-year-old came in ahead of world champion Marina Arzamasova to record the third-fasted time for a Briton, behind Kelly Holmes and Kirsty Wade.
