Mo Farah has finished fourth in the Diamond League 1500m in Monaco, with Kenya's Asbel Kiprop clinching first after recording the fifth-fastest time ever.
Farah was ahead of the pack going into the final lap, but was pegged back as Kiprop won in a time of 3:26.69.
In only his second race since the doping claims made against his coach Alberto Salazar, Farah's time of 3:28.93 was just a tenth of a second outside his personal best.
Britain's Farah was victorious in the 5000m in Lausanne last week, though he was later accused of swearing at rival Andy Vernon.
