Mo Farah pulls out of Birmingham Grand Prix

Mo Farah withdraws from the 1500m race at the Brimingham Grand Prix in the week that coach Alberto Salazar was accused of encouraging doping.

Mo Farah has withdrawn from today's 1500m race at the Birmingham Diamond League meeting.

His withdrawal follows accusations that coach Alberto Salazar had encouraged doping, but Farah has made no comment regarding the reasons of his withdrawal.

Salazar has denied all accusations and Farah will stand by his coach unless the allegations are proven to be true.

The American led Farah to two gold medals at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
