Defending champion Usain Bolt progressed through to the final of the men's 200m with a victory in tonight's semi-final inside the Olympic Stadium in London.
Having got off to a good start, the 25-year-old eased himself around the bend before going on to take the lead heading down the home straight.
He eventually crossed the line in 20.18s, which was slower a time than his training partner Yohan Blake produced in the previous semi-final.
South Africa's Anaso Jobodwana ran a personal best time of 20.27s to take the second qualifying slot.
