Richard Kilty believes that the England team are capable of winning gold in the men's 4x100m relay at the Commonwealth Games later this week.
The runner thinks that the presence of Adam Gemili, who earlier tonight scooped silver in the men's 100m final, will help inspire the English quartet to victory ahead of rivals including Usain Bolt's Jamaica.
"We've got a really good team, we've got a lot of quick guys that we can put in and out of the squad," Kilty told Sports Mole. "We've got a really fast team and some quick reserves as well, and we've got Adam. Obviously he's very well-drilled, he's a very safe element so I've got no doubts at all that we'll get the baton through. If I do that then we're definitely in strong contention of a medal, if not getting the gold."
Moments after his win earlier, Gemili told Sports Mole that his side are capable of being a "challenge" for the Jamaicans.
