Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson has insisted that he is capable of rushing for more than 2,000 yards in the 2013 season.
Johnson achieved the milestone in the 2009 season by rushing 2,006 yards but has not come close since, with last season's 1,243 yards the third-highest of his career so far.
However, the player is confident that he can reach the heights of 2009 again.
"I know I have another 2,000-yard season in me," ESPN quotes Johnson as saying.
"I would love to get 2,000 yards again, but I haven't been to the playoffs since my rookie year. I want to get back there."
In the five seasons in the NFL, Johnson has rushed for 6,888 yards overall.
