Jeff Fisher has said that the St Louis Rams must build on their performance against the Seattle Seahawks earlier this week.
The NFC West side were beaten 14-9 by the division leaders, but were able to record 200 rushing yards against their opponents.
The head coach told the team's website: "I think we're at a place now where we're different. We're a different team. I kind of like where we're at.
"200 yards against the second-ranked defense in the national football league, not a bad deal. We just have to keep it up.
"We had a good plan. We spent a lot of time during the week on the things that they were doing. They had five extra days to prepare for this thing and somehow it just all came together."
The Rams play the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
