Darrell Bevell disappointed to lose Percy Harvin

Seattle Seahawks offensive co-ordinator Darrell Bevell admits that it was disappointing to see Percy Harvin traded to the New York Jets.

Seattle Seahawks offensive co-ordinator Darrell Bevell has admitted that he was "disappointed" to see Percy Harvin leave the franchise.

Bevell also worked with Harvin for two years in Minnesota, but their association ended in Seattle after the latter was traded to the New York Jets.

"I was disappointed, you know. I was disappointed," Bevell said, The News Tribune reports.

"I did have a history with him, and I thought it would be a different outcome. But I guess that's just the way it went. It's just disappointing."

Following the trade deal, Harvin claimed that his issue in Seattle was that he was not being used in deep routes enough as he averaged catches just 1.1 yards beyond the line of scrimmage.
