Defensive end Demarcus Dobbs has signed a one-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks, according to the player's agent.
The 27-year-old joined the NFC West outfit last season following his release by the San Francisco 49ers and he notched 16 tackles for Pete Carroll's men in their run to the Super Bowl.
His agent Wesley Spencer said on Twitter: "Congrats to client, DL Demarcus Dobbs, for signing a one-year contract with the @Seahawks today."
Dobbs signed for the 49ers in 2011 as an undrafted free agent out of the Georgia Bulldogs.
