Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll has said that he has no intention of changing anything in terms of how his team prepares, ahead of their NFC championship game with the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday.
Carroll's men defeated the New Orleans Saints last weekend, setting up their Super Bowl deciding clash with their West Coast rivals.
The coach has insisted that he is handling the game like any other fixture, with his team hopefully following his lead.
He told reporters: "This week, we don't change anything. That's the message. That's the whole point of the way we prepare. We're trying to play the best we can possibly play every time we go out there. On Sunday, we should be at the best we've been.
"Fortunately, our following has been extraordinary. We're very blessed to have so much love and care for this team. All I'd ever ask is, 'Let's go have some fun,' and win!"
Sunday's appearance in the divisional fixture is the furthest that the Seahawks have come in the post-season since 2005.
