Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett has admitted that he would like to extend his stay with the club at the end of the season.
Bennett signed a one-year deal with the team last year during the off-season and has impressed as part of the Seahawks number one ranked defense in the 2013 campaign.
However, a new deal may be hard to come by due to possible extensions for quarterback Russell Wilson, cornerback Richard Sherman and safety Earl Thomas, as well as the 28-year-old.
"I don't think about the money because it's not in my account," Bennett told reporters.
"You do want long-term deals, but I don't think about it as much as some people think I think about it. I think about winning the game.
"I'm taking it one game at a time, taking care of this moment and playing for this team."
Bennett registered 31 tackles and a team-leading 8.5 sacks in the 2013 season.
