Pittsburgh Steelers running back Dri Archer has stated that he is confident of playing an important role for his new team in the upcoming campaign.
Former Kent State Golden Flashes star Archer made an impact at this year's NFL Combine, when he ran the second-fastest time ever recorded in the 40-yard sprint.
The youngster is hopeful that his speed will be a huge asset to the team, and he is expecting to be a part of the Steelers' plans from an early stage next season.
Archer told Ohio.com: "I'm not sure (of my exact role). It's going to be a big role, but I'm just going to do whatever I'm asked to do.
"I'll play receiver, play running back, help special teams. Whatever they want me to do, I'm going to do it.
"I'm living my dream. This is something I've always wanted to do as a kid. We're just out here having fun, doing what we love to do."
Archer ran for 567 yards and six touchdowns for Kent State during the 2013 season.
