Andrew Luck and Russell Wilson have been added to the Pro Bowl roster for this weekend's game.
Luck replaces Tom Brady on the AFC team, after the New England Patriots quarterback pulled out of the game with an unspecified injury.
Wilson, who was the only rookie quarterback to lead his team to the divisional round of the playoffs, will take Matt Ryan's spot in the NFC following his shoulder separation.
Players from the San Francisco 49ers and the Baltimore Ravens will also miss the game while they prepare for the Super Bowl.
The annual contest between the all-star teams from the NFL's two conferences takes place in Hawaii on Sunday.
