Jason Pierre-Paul: 'Playoffs have started for New York Giants'

New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul concedes that it feels as though the playoffs have already started for his team.

New York Giants star Jason Pierre-Paul has insisted that the team must start winning by treating games as if they were in the playoffs.

The Giants are 3-4 so far this season and trail both the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles by two games in the NFC East.

"This is like the playoffs for us," Pierre-Paul said, according to Newsday.

"We gotta win, basically. We gotta win... [the playoffs] have started."

New York have needed winning streaks to get into the playoffs during their two most recent Super Bowl runs, and Pierre-Paul has issued the rallying cry ahead of their encounter with the Indianapolis Colts on Monday night.
