Tom Coughlin has said that the New York Giants' doctors will decide whether Ahmad Bradshaw can play against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
The running back missed last week's shutout loss to the Atlanta Falcons with a sprained knee, and has missed practices all season due to a long-term foot complaint.
The head coach told the New York Daily News: "We'd all love to have him play, but it's going to be a medical decision, it's not going to be mine.
"I think if the doctors feel that he can play without hurting himself, then I think that very well might be the case. If the doctors don't feel that that's possible then they'll make the decision."
The reigning Super Bowl champions have slipped to third in the NFC East, and will have to rely on other results if they are to make the playoffs.
