Players from the New York Jets and the New England Patriots have been fined a total of $72,750 (£45,400) by the NFL following a melee at the end of their clash last week.
The incident occurred following an interception late in the game from Patriots cornerback Aqib Talib as the defender was hit late by Jets center Nick Mangold when he attempted to get out of bounds.
The New England players took exception to this and began to shove Mangold, which got the Jets players involved.
Offensive lineman Willie Colon anad D'Brickashaw Ferguson accidentally struck officials as they attempted to break up the fight and were thrown out of the game. Patriots players Vince Wilfork, Alfonzo Dennard and Michael Buchanan also threw punches.
As a result, Colon was fined $34,000 (£21,222), Ferguson $15,000 (£9,362), while Wilfork, Dennard and Buchanan were fined $7,875 (£4,915) each for their part in the melee.
The Patriots won the game 13-10.
