The New England Patriots have revealed that tight end Rob Gronkowski is questionable to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this Sunday.
The 24-year-old was reportedly close to making his comeback this weekend after having surgeries on his forearm and back during the off-season.
Gronkowski's scheduled return was for this week and by labelling him as questionable the Patriots believe he has a decent chance of featuring at Gillette Stadium for the first time since January.
Bill Belichick's side are 2-0 in their season going into week three.
