San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator Greg Roman has been interviewed for the head coach role with the Minnesota Vikings.
The NFC North side sent a delegation to Charlotte to meet with the coach ahead of the 49ers' playoff game against the Carolina Panthers later today.
NFL.com reports that the Vikings have also interviewed the NFC West side's defensive line coach Jim Tomsula.
Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer and Arizona Cardinals defensive coordinator Todd Bowles have also been considered for the post, which has been vacant since Leslie Frazier was fired at the end of the regular season.
