Clark Hunt has said that there will be more changes within the Kansas City Chiefs following the firing of head coach Romeo Crennel.
The Chiefs finished the 2012 season with the worst record in the NFL, winning just two games.
The chairman of the organisation told NFL.com: "We have dismissed Romeo, and the rest of the football operation is continuing to be under review.
"It's hard to put your finger on one thing. Usually when you have a difficult year like we did it's more than just one thing. Clearly, coaching I felt was part of it.
"Also we need to be better from a player personnel standpoint. We have a lot of talent on the team, five of them made the Pro Bowl, a couple first alternates, but we also have some holes to fill."
The Chiefs have yet to make a decision on general manager Scott Pioli's future.
