Cecil Shorts III has said that Blake Bortles has the "it factor" after the rookie led the Jacksonville Jaguars to their third win of the season.
The quarterback, who was the third overall pick in this year's Draft, passed for 115 yards and picked up 50 rushing yards during the 21-13 win over the Tennessee Titans.
The wide receiver told ESPN: "That's that it factor, man. That's why he went third overall. He's got that 'it' about him.
"When you really need it, he's going to make the play, he's going to find a guy, he's going to do what he needs to do. You're only going to see him continue to get better and better and better."
Despite not starting the first three games of the season, Bortles has 2,791 passing yards in his first year in the league.
